All SLF Motion hybrid-ceramic bearings are produced to the highest of standards. All metal races are precisely coated, at no extra cost to the customer, to simply provide the longest lifespan and highest performance possible. Internally we use a Nylon ball retainer, G3 Si3N4 balls, and specially designed seals for our pulley wheel applications.
All carbon fiber used by SLF Motion is 100% "Made in the USA". We went straight to the experts for this project which is why we chose an Aerospace supplying source for our materials and have all post machining done locally by an expert in his field. There is a reason why we chose to produce our cages out of pure carbon fiber sheets rather than an injection molding process...for strength and long term durability for YOU!
All our pulley wheels are individually CNC machined. Aluminum wheels out of 7075 Aluminum and Titanium wheels out of G2 Ti. Aluminum wheels are hard anodized and Titanium wheels are coated to obtain an extreme hardness.
All SLF Motion products are designed using the latest technology in 3D Design Software. FEA (Finite Element Analysis), Load Simulations, Wind Simulations, etc. is all part of the design process here at SLF Motion.
